In this module, participants will discover how to embrace the intricacies of leading people and transforming organizational cultures towards sustainable business growth and success.
Organizations need leaders who know how to face and adapt to reality, take decisive action amid uncertainty, and accept responsibility for the outcome to navigate their companies in today’s tumultuous business environment successfully.
We have taken a more collaborative approach that leverages multiple models, customized tools, and proven techniques.
Our learning model is based on a blended and participant-centered learning approach—a combination of pre-work in the form of self-paced online learning, enriched with a three-hour face-to-face classroom interaction.
This will run for a total of three sessions, facilitated by discussion leaders accredited by the John Clements Leadership Institute.
We have partnered with CrossKnowledge in leveraging technology to spark engagement in the asynchronous portion during pre-work and post-work.
Participants will have access to their own special portal customized for every session. At the end of the module, they will have access to their own Leadership and Transformation TV Channel.
