Celebrating Women’s Month: A Day of Wellness and Recognition at JCCI-EDI

March marks International Women’s Month, and to celebrate, John Clements Consultants Inc. (JCCI) and EDI-Staffbuilders dedicated this month’s Sales and Production Conference to women’s health and wellness. Sponsored by the John Clements Learning Institute (JCLI), the event emphasized the importance of self-care, recognizing that taking care of oneself enables women to fulfill their many roles.

A Morning of Movement and Mindfulness

The day began with an energizing Fun Run, with employees gathering at the LKG Tower for a warm-up session. In honor of International Women’s Month, participants were given purple t-shirts, symbolizing the movement’s official color. The group then walked to Ayala Triangle, where they completed three rounds—either running or walking at their own pace.

After crossing the finish line, everyone headed to the Salcedo Saturday Market for a cool-down exercise and a healthy breakfast, setting the tone for a day focused on well-being.

Back at the office, the conference officially kicked off with a raffle of small treats, adding an element of fun before the main activities began. The first session of the day was an Iyengar yoga class led by Diane Ngo, who has been conducting regular yoga sessions at the office. With over 60 participants, the session primarily focused on standing poses, ensuring that everyone—regardless of experience—could participate. Even after the morning’s physical activities, most attendees enthusiastically joined in, stretching their muscles and feeling refreshed.

As a special treat, participants also enjoyed a 15-minute back and head massage, providing a much-needed moment of relaxation before moving on to the core of the conference.

Recognizing Excellence and Inspiration

The monthly Sales and Production Conference provides a platform for reviewing division performance. Each consultant presents their monthly sales and production results, along with their goals for the upcoming month.

In celebration of Women’s Month, attendees also shared stories about the women who inspire them. Many spoke about their mothers and grandmothers, while others honored sisters, aunts, teachers, mentors, and colleagues who made a lasting impact on their lives. The heartfelt stories, filled with admiration and gratitude, made this segment especially memorable.

Another highlight of the event was the introduction of new employees. Each newcomer had the opportunity to introduce themselves and showcase a special talent, fostering a strong sense of belonging within the organization.

Celebrating the Best Performers

The main event of the conference was the much-anticipated recognition of the top performers in sales and production. All qualifiers were introduced before announcing the top three in each category. The winners for February 2025 were:

🏆 Top Sales Consultant: Renzy de la Cruz (EDI-Staffbuilders)
🏆 Top Production Consultant: Andrea Cinco (Outsourcing)
🏆 Top Account: JTI, jointly managed by the Service Delivery Hub and Outsourcing divisions

Congratulations to all the winners! Your hard work and dedication are truly commendable.

A Meaningful Conclusion

The conference concluded with an inspiring message from President and CEO Carol Dominguez, who emphasized the importance of self-care—eating well, exercising, and maintaining overall well-being.

With such a successful and meaningful gathering, the team now looks forward to next month’s conference, hosted by the Outsourcing division.

Here’s to celebrating women, wellness, and excellence—this month and beyond! 💜
