Welcome to the grand spectacle of the 14th Cady Awards Night last July 5, 2023, where achievers of talent acquisition firm John Clements Consultants converged to celebrate accomplishments and make dreams come true.
As the doors of Turf A at the Manila Polo Club opened to Sustainable Glamour: The Green Cady Awards 2023, a captivating world unfolded before our eyes – a fashion show of each individual brimming with glitz and a captivating sense of occasion. Each person strutted on the green carpet showing off his suit or tux, her gown or dress, with one common denominator – each attire had a touch of green color, or reused-upcycled, or made from sustainably grown fiber materials or recycled clothing. Yes – for the very first time, the #cadyawards2023 had a purpose: it was about Sustainability.
In her opening remarks, John Clements Consultants President & CEO Maria Carolina Dominguez, spoke about her own version of the Leadership Sweet Spot: the meeting point of three key factors that determine a company’s success, and for JCCI, the three key factors are Learning Agility, Technology/Artificial Intelligence, and Deep Purpose.
The special opening performance was a dance to the tune of the Lion King’s Circle of Life, a celebration of nature and the connection of all living things, that heralded what was to become a memorable awards night.
The Green Cady Awards Night served as a pinnacle moment in the corporate calendar, where the collective efforts and outstanding performances of employees were acknowledged and celebrated. As the green carpet was rolled out and the venue was adorned with elegance, the stage was set to honor passion for excellence.
The extraordinary evening not only recognized individual accomplishments but also showcased the company’s commitment to fostering a culture of appreciation and recognizing the valuable contributions of teams.
