Last August 27, 2022, John Clements Consultants and EDI Staff Builders International (JCCI-EDI) celebrated three months’ worth of hard work. Everyone gathered at the JC Hub in Makati for the Sales and Production Conference for the months of May, June, and July 2022.
The theme of the Sales and Production Conference was Sustainability, which aimed to educate JCCI-EDI employees about sustainability—may it be inside or outside the workplace. An expert on e-cars from Nissan Philippines, Dax Avenido, was invited to give a talk and share plans for the future of e-cars and their sustainable applications.
The conference started with everyone sharing a sumptuous breakfast, but the highlight of the event was the announcement and awarding of top performers.

Aside from the awarding of top performers, graduates of the Breakthrough Development Program were awarded their certificates of completion. The participants completed a nine-session training program, which included an action plan they presented to John Clements President and CEO Carol Dominguez.
