John Clements Consultants, Inc. continually fosters a positive work environment, and this extends to its divisions. Part of that effort covers celebrating big events, like the Feast of the Three Kings—and what a joyous celebration it was! Held on January 5, 2024, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, the Staffbuilders Asia (SBA) Three Kings Party was a delightful gathering that brought together outsourced employees for an evening of camaraderie and festivities.
A Fun Gathering and a Feast
The atmosphere buzzed with excitement as outsourced employees started gathering around 4:00 PM. As hosts, we initiated the event by inviting attendees to share their holiday experiences, fostering a sense of connection among everyone present. Ms. Rita, esteemed Vice President & SBA Division Head, conveyed her appreciation for those who took the time to travel to our office and attend the event, setting a positive tone for the evening.
The festivities officially commenced with the classic charades extravaganza. Game masters Dea and Anj injected a dose of fun with their entertaining commentaries, making the game an enjoyable experience for all. Winners were announced amid cheers, each receiving their well-deserved prizes. Transitioning from the lively game of charades, we moved on to the next activity called “Quizzlibee,” where groups of employees engaged in friendly competition, showcasing their knowledge and teamwork.
Gift-Giving
Amid a delectable dinner, the much-anticipated raffle took center stage. A diverse array of prizes awaited participants, creating an atmosphere of excitement as the roulette determined the lucky winners. The joyous celebration continued with the game “Tumpakners,” facilitated by our recruitment consultant, Dea, and Ms. Cheska Gardaya, our Managing Consultant and Business Unit Head. Laughter echoed throughout the room as players shared amusing answers, adding a memorable touch to the night.
The second half of the raffle added another layer of excitement, featuring major prizes, such as wine, leather bags, and grocery baskets. The atmosphere was filled with celebration and cheers as attendees and their friends claimed their prizes.
A Moment of Gratitude
As the night gracefully concluded, Mr. Patrick Dayao, our Group Managing Consultant & Business Unit Head, delivered heartfelt closing remarks, extending belated New Year wishes and expressing gratitude to everyone. The event wrapped up with a delightful photo op, capturing the camaraderie among our employees deployed to various clients.
