On December 6, 2024, the Manila Golf and Country Club was transformed into the ultimate party venue for the Hollywood Glam Christmas Party. “Celebrating the Past, Inventing the Future”—a theme as iconic as the night itself—set the stage for JCCI-EDI employees to come together, reflect on the milestones achieved, and embrace the bright future ahead.
A Night of Glam and Good Vibes
The evening kicked off with all the glitz and glam you’d expect. Upon registration, guests were greeted with cocktails, wine, and mouthwatering appetizers. The atmosphere was filled with pure good vibes—an open dance floor waited for those eager to shake off the stress of the year!
The official program began with a 2024 recap video—a highlight reel of everything that made John Clements shine this year. From team-building adventures to training sessions and client wins, the video brought all the feels and showcased just how much had been accomplished as a team.

Then came the speech from our President and CEO, Carol Dominguez. Let’s just say she didn’t sugarcoat it: hitting the big 5-0 wasn’t a walk in the park. Sure, inheriting the legacy was an honor, but surviving financial crises and the pandemic? That took guts, teamwork, and serious hustle. Carol gave heartfelt shout-outs to the company’s OGs—Cesar Averia, Grace Sorongon, Mario Biscocho, and Rita Estella—who have been with John Clements since the beginning. The speech wrapped up with a toast that had everyone raising their glasses to the next 50 years.

The John Clements Learning Institute set the tone with a high-energy routine, even pulling audience members into the spotlight. They were followed by Service Delivery Hub, Outsourcing, Enterprise Sales, Persol, EDI Staffbuilders, and Services Division. From elaborate costumes to show-stopping props, every performance brought something unique. The audience was hyped, cheering on their teams as if their lives depended on it. Ultimately, EDI Staffbuilders stole the show and claimed the victory.
