As 2025 comes to a close, I extend my deepest gratitude to our colleagues, clients, and partners for making this year extraordinary.
Our primary driver at John Clements is to fulfill our mission: Uplift the Philippines, elevate the capabilities of our clients, and drive future innovation. This has been a banner year for delivering on that mission. We’ve created thousands of jobs for Filipinos and we’ve brought great talent to our clients. In terms of staying future-focused through innovation, we’ve continued to move the needle on artificial intelligence (AI), both in terms of how we use it at John Clements as well as our efforts to help clients make the most of this dazzling technology.
In fulfilling our mission to uplift the Philippines, we’ve consistently over the years sponsored seminars – at our expense – to help educate the country about technological developments. This year, two landmark events defined our commitment:
- HR Pivoteers (July): We gathered HR leaders to “Flip the Script, Lead the Shift,” embracing AI as the future of recruitment. With global experts and local impact, we reimagined how technology and people-first innovation can reshape the world of work.
- Agentic AI (November): We launched bold conversations on how agentic artificial intelligence will revolutionize recruitment, empowering organizations to harness automation, personalization, and efficiency at scale.
If there is a case to be made for doing well by doing good, we’ve proven it this year: our financial performance in 2025 is the best yet.
As we welcome 2026, I invite you to continue this journey with us. Together, we will build smarter, more human-centered recruitment solutions that transform organizations and lives.
