The vibrant energy of the Chinese New Year was on full display as we set the stage for the dynamic Year of the Dragon. The JCCI-EDI Monthly Sales and Production Conference held last January 27, 2024, and hosted by EDI-Staffbuilders International (EDI), reflected a progression from the successful conclusion of the previous year to a promising dawn of the new one, drawing relations between the symbolic traits of the dragon–strength, ambition, and success–and the ethos of JCCI-EDI. It fosters an environment where achievements are celebrated, talents are recognized, and the infusion of new team members is welcomed. The conference was not only attended by our dedicated team members but also extended to our partners.
Outstanding performances were recognized through various employee awards. It was punctuated with cheers and applause to honor individuals who played pivotal roles in the organization’s success. These individuals, through their notable performance, have set a benchmark for their peers, embodying continual improvement.
The recipients of awards for December 2023 were Ms. Tracy Piamonte of Staffbuilders Asia (SBA) for the Top Sales Consultant of the Month, and Ms. Andrea Cinco, also from SBA, for the Top Production Consultant of the Month.
These recognitions are not just about the achievements but the qualities that make each awardee exceptional. It is not just about hitting targets but embodying the core values of the organization.
Celebrating the partnership with Avant Healthcare Professionals, its COO, Ms. Lesley Hamilton, was a guest speaker who talked about making a global impact by providing employment opportunities for nurses and ensuring deployment with their families. She echoed a commitment to not only revolutionize healthcare employment in the United States but also contribute to sustainable development in the communities.
Global insights were also unveiled by members of our senior management who recently visited Taiwan. They transported us to the mesmerizing landscapes and vibrant culture of the country – from exploring bustling markets to engaging in strategic meetings. The presentation culminated with a video of the lantern release, where wishes for JCCI and personal aspirations soared, which is a symbolic gesture of unity and shared dreams.
In addition to unraveling the success of the trip, we also charted the course for the future by introducing employee movements in the organization, adding vibrance and valuable facets to our growing team, and reinforcing collective strength.
As we bring to a close our Sales and Production Conference, the echoes of success, global insights, and fresh beginnings resonate throughout the celebration. We are now poised for a year of unparalleled success marking another milestone as we start the celebration to mark the 50th year of JCCI. We celebrate not only the achievements of the past but a legacy built over five decades, shaping us into the industry leader we are today.
