When a company is named as an outstanding workplace, people take notice. People like the best talents in any industry, competitors, and maybe even investors. Inclusion in this type of list is a validation on how well a company looks after its workforce and how it conducts its business. It builds a reputation that means a company is trustworthy, reliable, and credible — all of which influence consumers. And when consumers become loyal followers, business opportunities multiply and employees benefit through improved compensation packages.
So what are the top 10 best companies in the Philippines?
The Top Companies in the Philippines
“Top company” can mean multiple things: big market capital, best employer, or most valuable brand. Several institutions further have their own list, which may explain the differences in ranking and even inclusion or exclusion of certain companies in the Philippines.
For this list, we combined data from recent releases of LinkedIn’s Top Companies, the Philippine Daily Inquirer and Statista’s The Philippines’ Best Employers, top IT-BPM companies, and Time’s World’s Best Companies, which included a few local businesses.
The lists considered several factors in evaluating companies; these factors include competitive compensation, benefit packages, career development opportunities, work-life balance, workplace culture, employer image and reputation, and employee recommendations. Although numbered, they are in no particular order.
