In a remarkable celebration of excellence, John Clements Consultants hosted its much-anticipated 7th CEO Golf Classic, a highlight among the many events leading up to the company’s 50th anniversary. Turning Weather Challenges into Event Success

Lola Amour’s song “Raining in Manila” was no joke. For an entire week leading up to the tournament, the skies over Manila were dark, filled with relentless rain that threatened to dampen the event. Yet, in the true spirit of resilience and optimism, the John Clements team held on to the belief that the sun would shine just in time for the competition – and it did. Against all odds, the skies cleared on the day of the golf tournament, blessing the participants with perfect weather. Clouds, gentle breezes, and the absence of rain made for an ideal day on the green.

The prestigious Manila Golf Club provided the perfect setting for the event, which featured a day of friendly competition, networking, and celebration for business leaders across various industries. Beyond the excitement of the game itself, the event team treated players to an array of experiences and prizes that enhanced the spirit of the event.

A Day of Prizes and Pampering

Numerous prizes were up for grabs, including loot bags filled with exclusive items, large 55-inch televisions, and overnight stays at luxurious destinations such as the Admiral Hotel, The Farm, and Palawan. For those with a taste for adventure, business class tickets and Delta Airlines vouchers were also part of the enticing lineup.

Slimmer’s World and The Farm provided massages to participants, offering them much-needed relaxation after the rounds. To add to the luxurious experience, the Admiral Hotel served refreshing sangria throughout the afternoon, providing the perfect complement to the tournament’s festivities.

Beyond the Game

This year’s golf tournament, as in previous years, was more than just a game of golf. It embodied John Clements’ core values of fostering relationships, celebrating achievement, and maintaining a positive outlook, even in the face of challenges. As CEOs competed on the course, they also strengthened bonds with their peers, exchanging ideas and experiences that will likely shape future business collaborations.
