Leadership Reimagined: JCLI and LANDBANK Kick Off New Program

The John Clements Leadership Institute (JCLI) successfully held the virtual launch of the Leadership Reimagined Program on September 5, 2024, with 31 participants from the Land Bank of the Philippines (LANDBANK), consisting of mid-to-senior leaders.

Opening Remarks and Program Overview

Mildred R. Reyes, Department Manager of the Organizational Development Department, Human Resource Management Group of LANDBANK, kicked off the event with her welcome remarks, acknowledging the partnership with JCLI and highlighting that this program is designed for selected leaders of LANDBANK who will help guide the bank’s future.

Perspectives from John Clements Leadership

Alexandra Lamb, Business Development Director of JCLI, addressed the participants, emphasizing that the transformational journey will cover key topics such as people development, emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, and leadership effectiveness. She stressed that the program provides an opportunity for participants to grow both personally and professionally, building critical thinking, decision-making, and executive presence, while embracing a culture of lifelong learning.

Maria Carolina V. Dominguez, President and CEO of John Clements Consultants, Inc., was then introduced to give her message to the participants. She expressed her excitement about the partnership and encouraged participants to embrace the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive. Key highlights of her message included:

  • Leadership Program Focus: The program will equip mid-to-senior leaders with tools and frameworks to tackle critical challenges such as digital disruption, succession planning, and technological adaptation.

Mylene is currently the Implementation Head of John Clements Leadership Institute. She oversees the seamless implementation and roll out of the corporate learning programs covering Philippines, Hong Kong and Vietnam operations in close coordination with the Business Development, Program Managers, Discussion Leaders and clients/partners. Prior joining the corporate learning division, Mylene has also gained extensive work experience under the outsourcing division of John Clements encompassing recruitment, account management and business development. A Civil Service Commission sub-professional eligible. Mylene is a graduate of Bachelor of Arts in Management major in Human Resources Management from De La Salle – College of Saint Benilde. She also took up her post-graduate diploma in Human Resources Management from the same university.
