Executive Coaches

Tully Moss

Tully Moss is an experienced coach, consultant, and facilitator of leadership development programs.

The leadership development programs he facilitates are based on the unparalleled materials of Harvard Business School. He is wellversed in Harvard’s approach to business education: he has been trained at Harvard Business School, and he has led over a thousand Asians in participant-centered, executive  education programs that have used  Harvard materials. His  facilitation work has covered issues such as leadership, innovation, marketing, corporate strategy, and digital disruption.

Tully is also a Harvard Business School case study author, having co-written a  case study on the Philippines, entitled, “The Republic of the Philippines: The Next Asian Tiger?”

Tully brings to his facilitation work a rich perspective developed from over thirty years of management consulting. He has consulted in a broad array  of services and manufacturing industries on issues such as business unit strategy, marketing strategy, organizational effectiveness, and mergers and acquisitions. He is skilled at improving customer-centricity through fact-based assessments of market positions, segmentation opportunities, value propositions, and sales and distribution channel opportunities.

In addition to his consulting and his case study facilitation work, Tully is an accomplished coach, having received certification by the International Coach Federation and having been certified by both Zenger Folkman and The Leadership Circle as a coach for 360- degree assessments.

His clients have included major Asian, European, and North American corporations. Tully received his MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Finance and his bachelors, with honors, from Williams College. After graduating from Williams, he taught at Lingnan College in Hong Kong under a YALI grant.

Maria Carolina Dominguez

Carol is currently President and CEO of John Clements Consultants. For 15 years, Carol worked with Citibank in Chicago, New York, London, Milan and Stanford, Connecticut holding various executive positions with the corporate bank.

Carol is one of the governors of the Management Association of the Philippines (MAP). She is also the Executive Director of the Alumni Harvard Club of Asia, and was formerly President of the Harvard Business School Club of the Philippines from 2015 to 2016. She also co-authored a Harvard Business School case study on the Philippines, entitled, “The Republic of the Philippines: The Next Asian Tiger?”

Carol graduated cum laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of the Philippines, holds a Masters of Management Degree from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program and a certified discussion leader from Harvard Business School. Carol is a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation.

Alicia Rita Morales

Alicia Rita L. Morales is the Managing Director of the John Clements Leadership Institute. Alicia has developed leadership programs for over 10,000 senior leaders and high potentials from leading multinationals and regional conglomerates in Southeast Asia. Concurrently, Alicia is the first woman Independent Director of publicly listed First Gen Corporation elected to the board since 2018.  She is also an Independent Director of BPI Securities Corporation as of February 2020.

Previously, Alicia was the youngest Chairman of the Philippine Stock Exchange for two consecutive years and an active director for five years.  She was then concurrently a Director of the Securities Clearing Corporation of the Philippines and a CEO of a top brokerage firm for nine years.  Prior to that, she worked in Hong Kong for five years as Managing Director of a deposit-taking company in Hong Kong and a Director of an investment company.  Before that, she was an Assistant Vice President for a subsidiary of a Southeast Asian conglomerate in Hong Kong, handling corporate finance and corporate banking accounts in Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Thailand and Indonesia for three years.  She had trained with multinational banks in New York and had audit internships in Stockholm, Sweden and Cologne, West Germany.

She garnered The Outstanding Women in Nation’s Service (TOWNS) award for the category ‘Business-Stock Exchange’ in 2004, and the Triple A Award from Maryknoll/Miriam College in 2014. She is a member of the International Coach Federation, a certified coach of Zenger Folkman, and a certified discussion leader of the Harvard Business School. Ms. Morales is a certified public accountant with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Accountancy from the University of the Philippines (1984) and an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University, with a triple major in Finance, Marketing and Economics (1990). She is also a graduate of the Advanced Management Program from the Harvard Business School (2014) and the President of the Harvard Business School Club of the Philippines (2018 – 2020) and Trustee and Treasurer of the Harvard Club of the Philippines Global (2020-2022).

Grace Allas-Alcid, Ed.D

Grace is the learning and development director for John Clements Consultants, Inc. She is involved in corporate learning programs for internal and external customers as a curriculum designer and discussion leader for developmental programs for different levels of employees. Her goal is to help individuals become more effective in their roles and coach and mentor them so they can achieve their goals.
 
Grace recently completed her Doctor of Education degree from Teachers College of Columbia University in New York City. Her dissertation research focused on faith and transitions in a community of middle-aged women. She is expanding that research to look into the transformation of those women after their transitions. She majored in Adult Learning and Leadership and obtained a Masters degree in the same program in 2018. Aside from her dissertation research, she is part of the team that has published research on informal and incidental learning in the clinical learning environment during times of uncertainty and complexity.
 
Grace has worked in marketing investment management services for Lazard Freres and Sanford Bernstein in New York City. She also holds an MBA in Financial Management from Pace University in New York City and graduated from the University of the Philippines with a BA in Communication Research. She completed the Art and Craft of Discussion Leadership course at Harvard Business School. She is also a certified Facilitator and Coach for the Zenger Folkman Extraordinary Program.

Mario Biscocho

Mario has been with John Clements since 1986, initially handling sales and business development. He has since been a part of the Executive Search & Selection Division, and is now its managing director, as well as a vice president and board member of John Clements. He has also taken leadership positions in other John Clements business units: Professional Staffers and PT John Clements Indonesia. Mario started his career with the non-profit foundation, Philippine Business for Social Progress, where he was instrumental in assessing viability, securing funding and technical assistance for various livelihood programs of low-income communities across the country. He then moved on to do consulting work for Organization Builders, a local training and organization development firm.

Mario is a pioneering member of the Philippine Association of Executive Search Professionals, which espouses a code of ethics in the executive search practice. He is also the Chairman of the Trade & Investment Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM), and he participates in various opportunities to sell the Philippines as the destination of choice for investment through the Business Processing Association of the Philippines (BPA/P), the Board of Investments (BOI), AMCHAM, and other such organizations.

Mario received his undergraduate degree in business management from the Ateneo de Manila University, and he has earned MBA units from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business. He has attended numerous training and development programs, locally and internationally.

 
 

Alexandra Lamb

Alexandra is currently Business Development Director and a Discussion Leader for the Corporate Learning Division of John Clements Consultants, Inc. (JCCI). Prior to joining JCCI, Alexandra was the Country Head and Business Development Director of Renoir Consulting,  a boutique implementation consulting outfit, responsible for the Hong Kong and  Philippine markets, developing and delivering tailor-made business improvement programs for  clients from a diverse range of industries.

An extensive part of her career was spent as a senior executive and leader in the financial services industry in New York, Hong Kong and the Asia-Pacific Region, for the Republic Bank of New York and HSBC. She served as Vice President of the HSBC Private Bank in Hong Kong where she was responsible for private banking control, compliance and risk functions. Alexandra was also Vice President of the Republic Bank of New York in New York and Hong Kong, working primarily in Private Banking Operations and Systems. Alexandra graduated with honors from St. Mary’s College in California with a BS in Economics and Business Administration. She has also taken courses in International Banking and Finance from Richmond College in London, England. Alexandra has been trained in the Art and Craft of Discussion Leadership, developed by Harvard Business Publishing, and is a certified Executive Coach of Zenger-Folkman and the International Coaching Federation.

Kevin Lynch

Kevin brings over 30 years of leadership and management experience in addition to his coaching acumen. Presently, he is the President and CEO of HC Mutual Building and Loan Association. Before that, he was the President/CEO of CitiFinancial Philippines and Citibank Savings Philippines, and has recently been the Business Director for Consumer Finance at PBCOM. Having had full responsibility for these entities, he shares his practical hands-on experiences to lend to the discussion.

Kevin underwent training with the International Coaching Federation with over 300 logged hours of practical coaching. He was an Outward Bound instructor and served in the United States Navy. He has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Connecticut in Political Science. He also has a Certificate from De LaSalle University in Corporate Governance.

Kevin has resided in the Philippines for more than 17 years. He is a single parent and proud father of one daughter, Danielle Jean Lynch, who is “half-Philippine, half-American, and half-World.”

Joel Schapero

As President of John Clements Consultants (HK), Joel analyzes his clients’ needs and creates and delivers strategies and programs to develop their leadership; bring meaningful culture change. John Clements (HK) provides needs analysis, assessments, resources,  coaching and live programs, delivered using Harvard’s Participant-Centered Learning approach. These are the components to effect strategic leadership development, and often the key to unlocking change in both individuals and organizations.

Since early in his career, Joel has been a business leader and banker to multinationals. He has been a banker, corporate finance consultant, M&A advisor, and private equity investor; for law firms and their clients, he has been a finance consultant in international arbitration disputes. He has held positions as Head of Structured Finance at UBS New York; been a director of private companies; a Partner and Director of Corporate Finance at Peter Wodtke & Partners, London, and a Partner at Insured Financial Structures, London

Grace Sorongon

With over 25 years of dedication to service at John Clements, Grace has established a reputation as a leader in recruitment and talent acquisition. Passionate and dynamic, she is currently the Senior Vice President and Managing Director of the company’s Professional Staffers Division. She closely oversees the sourcing and recruitment of numerous candidates for different organizations from across industries and has been instrumental in countless successful deployments. Grace also supervises the organization’s assessment center, where she enthusiastically applies her knowledge and skills in evaluating candidates for hiring, promotion, or professional development.

Grace earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from the University of the Philippines and completed the academic requirements for her Master’s Degree in Industrial Psychology at the Ateneo de Manila University, where her flair for her chosen profession ignited even more.

Grace also served as the 2013 President of the People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP). She has attended Executive Coaching program as well as a coach-training program conducted by a renowned and accredited master coach from the International Coach Federation. She also attended a Digital Transformation course at UC Berkley likewise attended a number of Executive programs conducted by John Clements through its partnership with Harvard Business Program.
