Institution for a Global Society Corporation (IGS) is an AI-enabled People Analytics HR Tech / Ed Tech start-up company based in Tokyo. IGS’s People Analytics solution, GROW360 uses technologies such as Artificial intelligence, Big-Data and machine learning algorithms to provide highly reliable candidates screening and organization analysis solutions. IGS’s clients’ portfolio includes prestigious names such as All Nippon Airways (ANA), Japan Tobacco, Nomura Securities, Mitsubishi Corporation or WWF. GROW360 has been displayed in an Harvard Business School case study in August 2017 under the title “GROW: Using Artificial Intelligence to Screen Human Intelligence”.
IGS’s CEO and founder:
PhD. Masahiro Fukuhara, is the CEO and Founder of Institution for a Global Society (IGS). He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Keio University and MBA from INSEAD. He holds a Master’s degree from HEC (Paris) and Ph.D. from Tsukuba University Graduate School of Business Sciences. He is currently a Project Professor at Keio University as well as an Adjunct Professor at Hitotsubashi University’s Graduate School of International Corporate Strategy.
