Denise Fabella

Denise is the Executive Director of Khan Academy Philippines, where she leads efforts to expand access to high-quality, technology-driven education across the country. With a strong background in nonprofit leadership, educational technology, and program implementation, she has been instrumental in scaling Khan Academy’s impact in the Philippines. Her work centers on integrating innovative learning tools into classrooms, empowering teachers with data-driven instructional strategies, and strengthening partnerships to improve educational outcomes nationwide. Denise holds a bachelor’s degree in Media, Culture, and Communication from New York University and a master’s degree in Learning Design, Innovation, and Technology from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Passionate about education equity, she actively collaborates with policymakers, educators, and organizations to bridge learning gaps and promote student success.
