Opening the Conference with Inspiration
Last April 25, 2026, John Clements Consultants successfully held its highly anticipated Sales and Production Conference. The inspiring theme, “Brushstrokes Across the World: Celebrating Global Art Through Impressionism – Inspired by the World. Expressed in Impression,” set the tone for a day of creativity and collaboration.
The event began with a prayer, followed by an opening message from Outsourcing Managing Consultant Cheska Gardaya. She emphasized the importance of World Art Day, celebrated annually on April 15 in honor of Leonardo da Vinci—a symbol of creativity, innovation, and the connection between art and science (https://ncca.gov.ph). Consequently, her words framed the conference as both a performance-driven and art-inspired gathering.
Parisian Insights from the CEO
A key highlight was the presentation by President and CEO Carol Dominguez, who shared insights from her recent trip to Paris. Her journey showcased a deep appreciation for culture and impressionism artwork.
During her visit, she explored iconic landmarks such as the Musée d’Orsay, where she viewed Renoir’s masterpieces including Bal du Moulin de la Galette and Luncheon of the Boating Party. Furthermore, she attended a live performance by Andrea Bocelli, adding a memorable cultural dimension.
Her exploration continued with exhibits featuring Henri Matisse, fashion showcases of Azzedine Alaïa and Christian Dior, and the opera Tosca by Giacomo Puccini. In contrast, moments of reflection came from visits to Notre-Dame de Paris and Saint-Sulpice Church. Finally, her trip to Giverny—home to Claude Monet’s gardens—brought the theme of impressionism artwork vividly to life.

Interactive Art Workshop
Adding an interactive element, participants joined an engaging workshop led by art teacher Gwen. The session encouraged exploration of Impressionist painting techniques through collaborative activities.
- Attendees created self-portraits.
- They exchanged encouraging messages with seatmates.
- A community painting allowed each participant to contribute their creative touch.
Guided by fundamentals of impressionism artwork—color blending, light, and expressive brushstrokes—participants produced pieces reflecting their unique perspectives. Specifically, the activity concluded with storytelling, reinforcing creativity, confidence, and team connection.
