The JC-EDI team reunited this month to welcome the Lunar New Year. With the Chinese New Year theme, the February Sales and Production Conference was a masterclass in collaboration, cultural insight, and, of course, a lot of luck. It was also a celebration of top performers in John Clements, highlighting excellence across sales, production, and engagement.
The Fun Run
The day began before the sun was fully up with an energizing Fun Run. It was a powerful reminder that before we hit our professional targets, we hit the pavement together. The cool morning air provided the perfect backdrop for some healthy competition and camaraderie, setting up a high-energy tone for the rest of the day.
Stepping into the Spotlight
The main program kicked off with a unique twist. While the Enterprise Sales team was originally slated to host, in a true display of company unity, Carlo asked for support from across divisions to ensure the event ran flawlessly. I was honored to join him as co-host, proving that at JC, when one team needs a hand, the entire organization reaches out. This collaborative spirit turned the conference into a shared victory before the first report was even read. It was another moment where the top performers showed how teamwork drives success.
Siomai, Siopao, Suman!
To get everyone’s blood pumping after the run, I took on the role of being a Game Master for our icebreaker. We played a high-speed round of “Siomai, Siopao, Suman.” The laughter and quick reflexes required for the game immediately broke the ice and ensured everyone was wide awake and engaged.
Insights, Zodiacs, and Office Harmony
The morning was not just about games; it was deeply rooted in tradition and insight:
- Production & Sales Reports: Presenters shared numbers alongside festive Ampao draws, blending accountability with celebration.
- Chinese Zodiac Talk: Carlo explained the characteristics and energies of the year.
- Feng Shui Trends: Ms. Rita gave practical tips on applying Feng Shui in the office to enhance harmony and productivity.
Between these insights, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast, fueling the most exciting part of the morning.
The Golden Coin Fever
The highlight was the “Ampao” draw for attendees. Golden chocolate coins corresponded to specific prizes, turning the room into a hive of excitement. This creative twist reflected how the top performers thrive in both professional and cultural celebrations.
Engagement Awards
Recognition was given to outstanding contributors:
- Top Sales Consultant: Kristine R. Brisenio

These awards underscored the strength of top performers in John Clements, who continue to set the bar for excellence.
A Year of Collective Growth
The February Sales and Production Conference was more than just a meeting; it was a vibrant display of what happens when we align our energies toward a common goal. As we move deeper into this lunar year, we do so with the remedies of collaboration and the fortune of a truly united team. At JC, we don’t just wait for luck—we create it together, and we celebrate the top performers who lead the way.
