Spooktacular Success: JC’s Sales Conference

The air crackled with energy, a hint of magic, and the scent of success as JC employees gathered for the October Sales Conference on October 18, 2025. The JCLI team hosted the event, blending business insights with festive fun under the theme: “Celebrating Growth, Goals, and a Hint of Halloween Magic.”

A Spooktacular Kick-Off

Our hosts set the tone early with a surprise. Dr. Grace Alcid and Ms. Alexandra initially took the stage, then astonished the audience by introducing the real masters of ceremony: Alek and me. We burst onto the stage dressed as Tweedledee and Tweedledum, instantly injecting a high-spirited, playful energy into the room.

After the opening formalities, we launched into a high-energy icebreaker called “Spookstarter: Pass the Bomb.” Participants raced against the ticking “bomb” to name items or respond within a category, keeping everyone mentally sharp and fully engaged from the start.

Insight, Innovation, and Intermission

Division teams delivered the heart of the conference through presentations on sales performance, key initiatives, and strategic goals. We interspersed these reports with interactive segments and icebreakers to maintain high energy and sharp focus.

During the “Wicked Treat Break,” employees enjoyed food and refreshments while a spooky movie played in the background. This moment captured the Halloween atmosphere and offered a relaxed opportunity for camaraderie before we resumed the agenda.

We closed the program with recognition, storytelling, and prizes. The team celebrated employees who consistently foster interaction and company culture through awards.
