August 2025 was a month of celebration, energy, and well-earned recognition—a true showcase of JC employee excellence. I’m deeply honored to have been named Best Recruiter. It’s a title that humbles me and fuels my drive to keep growing. But before that unforgettable moment, our team came together for the highly anticipated August Sales and Production Conference. And what a spectacular event it was.
Starting Strong: K-pop Warm-Up and Fun Run
We kicked off the day with a high-energy warm-up. Colleagues danced and stretched to K-pop hits in the LKG Tower lobby.

The excitement was contagious. It set the tone for the Fun Run around Ayala, which brought out everyone’s competitive spirit and camaraderie. Whether sprinting to the finish line or enjoying the morning breeze, the run reminded us that success is built on movement, momentum, and mutual support.

Main Event: Sales and Production Con 2025
After the run and breakfast, we returned to LKG Tower for the main event—Sales and Production Con 2025. It was a full-blown celebration of performance and passion wrapped in the vibrant theme of K-pop.
The venue dazzled with neon lights, music, and even impromptu dance numbers. The theme, “From Bias to Brilliance: Slay Your Targets like an Idol!” captured our mission perfectly. Show up. Stand out. Lift each other higher.
Insights and Inspiration: Fireside Chat with Dr. Grace Alcid
A fireside chat with Dr. Grace C. Alcid, Learning and Development Director, sparked a meaningful discussion on biases and fandoms. What began as a lighthearted talk about idols and K-pop revealed a deeper truth. Biases aren’t just about admiration—they’re about connection.
Many participants shared that they became fans not just because of popularity, but because these idols had stories worth telling. Stories of resilience, passion, and persistence. Stories that mirrored their own struggles and victories.
In many ways, fandom reflects who we are—and who we aspire to be.
A Personal Realization: Becoming Our Own Idols
This conversation left me with a powerful realization. Sometimes the people we admire reflect the qualities we want to cultivate in ourselves.
Like idols who give their best in every performance, we too can slay our own targets. But here’s the greater lesson: before others can look up to us, we must believe in our own strengths.
Just as we cheer for our idols, we must learn to cheer for ourselves.
At the end of the day, the most important bias isn’t toward others—it’s toward ourselves. Be your own greatest supporter. Your own fan. Your own inspiration.

A Moment to Remember
When my name was called, I felt a rush of emotions—surprise, pride, and deep gratitude. The cheers, the spotlight, the applause—it all felt surreal.
But more than the recognition, it sparked renewed motivation. Being named Best Recruiter isn’t just a title. It’s a challenge to keep listening, connecting, and delivering excellence every day.
Looking Ahead: More Wins, More Teamwork
The August Sales and Production Conference 2025 wasn’t just an event. It was a celebration of grit, growth, and the joy of working together.
From the streets of Ayala to the stage of recognition, every moment reminded me why I love what I do.
As we move forward, I carry this honor with humility and a fierce commitment to elevate the game. Many thanks to the Enterprise Sales team for hosting this unforgettable conference. We look forward to next month’s awards and recognition, hosted by the John Clements Leadership Institute.
