  • Dental Services – Annual check-ups, oral prophylaxis, tooth extractions, fillings, desensitization for hypersensitive teeth, and gum treatment are now covered. Preventive education and nutritional counseling are also available for employees and dependents. 
  • Mental Health Coverage – Employees can now access consultations, counseling, and medications up to ₱5,000 annually per member, making mental wellness support both available and affordable. 
  • Telemedicine via Telemed7 – Access to doctors in just 7 minutes, without consuming plan limits. Ideal for minor consultations from the comfort of home. 
  • Digital Access and Tools – Employees can now manage their health benefits using the iCare Health Mobile App, which offers features such as digital ID cards, LOA requests, reimbursement submissions, appointment scheduling, and more.
