To support this, we’ve adopted a collaborative approach, integrating multiple models, customized tools, and proven techniques. Our blended learning model combines self-paced online modules with enriching three-hour face-to-face sessions led by discussion leaders accredited by the John Clements Leadership Institute. This structured approach ensures deeper engagement and meaningful insights over three sessions.
Through our partnership with CrossKnowledge, we leverage technology to enhance the asynchronous learning experience. Participants gain access to a personalized portal, designed for seamless pre-work and post-session engagement. After the module, they will unlock their Leadership and Transformation TV Channel, providing extended learning and continued development.
