On January 25, 2025, John Clements Consultants and EDI-Staffbuilders International embraced the Chinese New Year with a unique twist, infusing the spirit of Squid Game into its monthly conference. Themed “Survive and Thrive: Winning Financial Goals,” the event aimed to inspire and engage participants in achieving their financial aspirations.
A Dynamic Start to the Day
The day began energetically with an early morning Fun Run before the Sales and Production Conference officially kicked off! It was the perfect way to get the adrenaline flowing and set a positive tone for the day ahead, reflecting our readiness to conquer the challenges and opportunities of the year.
A heartfelt thank you to Carol Dominguez for treating us to a delightful breakfast, thoughtful tikoy giveaways, and the snacks that kept us energized throughout the day. From the comforting siopao to the savory siomai, every detail added a special touch to an already fantastic start.
Engaging Competitions and Friendly Rivalry
The day’s activities included a series of Squid Game-inspired competitions organized into three rounds, where all five divisions—Enterprise Sales, Outsourcing, Service Delivery Hub, EDI-Staffbuilders, and John Clements Leadership Institute—gave their best efforts. In the end, the Outsourcing team triumphed, showcasing remarkable teamwork and determination.
Empowering Financial Insights
Adding depth to the event, Jeoffre Dominguez, a financial advisor with over 15 years of executive experience and an outstanding 31-year career in finance and accounting, delivered an empowering motivational talk. Jeoffre shared invaluable insights on understanding the value of money, mastering essential financial concepts, creating effective financial plans, and developing long-term commitment strategies. His wisdom left attendees inspired and better equipped to navigate their financial journeys.

Following the learning session, each consultant presented their sales and productivity reports for December 2024. The event also recognized individuals who excelled during the month, highlighting their outstanding contributions and achievements.
