John Clements Leadership Institute joined hands with Landbank in the Leadership Reimagined Program, and we recently held our graduation ceremony on January 23, 2025, at the Landbank Plaza.
Inspiring Words from Leadership
We kicked things off with opening remarks from Alexandra Lamb Moran, our Business Development Director, who lauded participants for their efforts in learning while managing critical responsibilities. She spoke about the rewards of their learning journey amid constantly shifting work demands.
Maria Carolina Dominguez, President and CEO of John Clements Consultants, congratulated the participants on their commitment to advancing their leadership journey through the program. She also praised the bank’s strong performance in staying true to its goals. Lynette Ortiz, President and CEO of Landbank, delivered her speech as well, recognizing the invaluable partnership with our company and commending the program for helping participants reimagine leadership as they work on the bank’s key initiatives.
A Walk Down Memory Lane
We took a moment to enjoy the AVP prepared by the JCCI Marketing Team, reliving memories of participants in action—whether during brainstorming sessions or live discussions. This nostalgic journey set the stage for the Awarding of Certificates, where the ManCom of Landbank, along with Alexandra, warmly greeted each participant on stage, recognizing their hard work and achievements. Bright smiles, joyful laughter, and proud handshakes filled the room, as both leaders and veteran panelists expressed their high hopes for the graduates’ continued growth.
Reflections from Top Performers
The program’s top students delivered heartfelt speeches, sharing stories of sleepless nights and busy days spent balancing their key roles while preparing for sessions. Their dedication and commitment were evident, as they reflected on how the earlier sessions inspired them to take on meaningful projects fueled by their passion for self-improvement. Their classmates laughed and cheered, reminiscing about the shared challenges that led to invaluable lessons.
Recognizing Outstanding Projects
The highlight of the evening was the awarding of the Action Learning Projects, where the most outstanding presentation—one that demonstrated the best vision and value—was honored. While all groups showcased impressive projects aimed at driving positive change within the bank, one team ultimately secured the coveted title of “the winning team.”
We concluded the program with closing remarks from one of the sector heads, who, as part of the victorious team, delivered a speech blending humor, nostalgia, and appreciation for the program.
