Virata School of Business at the University of the Philippines Diliman. In addition to her leadership at John Clements Consultants, Carol has made significant contributions to the academic and professional development of future leaders at the University of the Philippines. As a member of the BSBAAA Board, she played an instrumental role in organizing leadership programs in partnership with UP, including a notable session on ChatGPT. She is currently a professor at the UP Virata School of Business, where she teaches “Leading with AI,” after previously teaching Career Management last year. Furthermore, Carol generously donated access to valuable resources such as Harvard Business School case studies, Harvard Business Review articles, and book chapters to UP Virata School of Business students, enhancing their learning and growth.
