To kick off day three, Sec. Bienvenido Laguesma of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) led a keynote session providing updates on the government’s strides toward an inclusive labor framework.

The conference also highlighted key pillars, including the renewal of people and organizations through fostering spirituality as fundamental organizational capital. It addressed the transformation of PMAP, emphasizing the harnessing of AI and emerging technologies to propel the field forward.

The day continued with a plenary roundtable discussion that explored the real state of HR in the Philippines, featuring industry leaders who shared insights on challenges, trends, and responsive practices. An integral part of the discussion was on the topic “A People Management Agenda for the Philippines,” where prominent figures discussed crucial topics surrounding HR.

As the conference drew to a close, Mayor Benjamin Magalong delivered a closing keynote to inspire participants to raise the flag proudly and take action as people managers.
