JCCI Breakthrough Development Program
Held from February to April, the BDP is designed to help boost the personal effectiveness of JC employees. Since employees in general do not get enrolled in any formal competency-based training program until they become managers, the BDP offers them the opportunity to develop competencies important to the company. JC EMBA on Sustainability and Deep Purpose
The EMBA on Sustainability and Deep Purpose was launched as part of JCCI’s continuing leadership development programs for employees. In today’s world, debating whether to incorporate sustainability into one’s business strategy is no longer an option but a critical business imperative. Led by Tully Moss, JC employees were empowered with a lot of knowledge and understanding about the topic.
JCCI Corplan 2022
During the 2022 CorPlan, JCCI employees and leaders alike reflected on the deep purpose the organization has. They decided that JCCI’s deep purpose is deliberately integrating purpose into each critical company function to improve performance and stay motivated. This was a perfect note to kick off the CorPlan which is all about celebrating milestones, identifying new opportunities, reviewing current work, and improving overall business.
13th CADY Awards
With a K-Pop theme, JCCI held its first face-to-face CADY Awards at the Seda Hotel in BGC after more than two years. The annual celebration recognizes the company’s outstanding Recruitment and Sales Consultants, Top Accounts, and Millionaire Club Awardees.
JC New Managers Program
The New Managers Program consists of a unique combination of specially selected modules from CrossKnowledge, a premier on-demand learning and performance support resource for leadership and management skills development, and handpicked Harvard Brief Cases. The first virtual class for clients and the public ran from July to September 2022.

JCCI kicked off its 48th anniversary festivities with the 5th John Clements CEO Golf Classic on Nov. 4 at Manila Golf with almost a hundred players, which consisted of ambassadors, presidents, CEOs, country heads, directors, and executives from different industries.
Organizational Purpose as a Source of Competitive Advantage w/ HBS Ranjay Gulati
The second anniversary event was a learning session with HBS Ranjay Gulati on Organizational Purpose as a Source of Competitive Advantage, held on Nov. 7 and 8 at Dusit Thani Manila. Participants, which included top executives from various companies and industries, had an engaging experience based on the case studies of prominent companies where they learned to formulate their own company’s purpose and cope with challenges.
Thanksgiving Mass and Lunch
On Nov. 11, a thanksgiving mass was held at the JC Hub, officiated by Rev. Fr. Christopher Salonga. This was followed by lunch, where President and CEO Carol Dominguez shared a touching message of gratitude to everyone and her deep purpose for JCCI.

Early Christmas Gift Giving at the Mary Comforter of the Afflicted Parish
JCCI and The Filipina CEO Circle (FCC) spread a little Christmas cheer for the less fortunate parishioners at the Mary Comforter of the Afflicted Parish in Pasay City by giving them thoughtful gifts for their families.
MCVD’s LatAm Trip
JCCI President and CEO Carol Dominguez visited Latin America for her HBS AMP182 reunion, which was the most rewarding trip she took this year. “The Galapagos Islands had breathtaking views and amazing wildlife that took me on a spiritual journey, and I feel very fortunate to have been able to experience the beauty and fragility of this extraordinary place,” she said.
“It’s been almost three weeks since we left the Galapagos islands and I thought I had gotten over Galapagos fever but early this morning, I received the video of our incredible trip. In the midst of our highly volatile, complex and fast changing world, I was reminded, as Charles Darwin said, ‘It is not the strongest or the most intelligent who will survive but those who can best manage change.’”

JCCI-EDI’s Christmas Party was a homage to the groovy seventies, with employees showing up in glittery and colorful outfits and curly wigs at the Manila Golf and Country Club. The evening was spent honoring life, successes, and recognizing loyal employees for their decades of service in the organization.

For the final Sales & Production Conference of the year, JCCI had a unique theme for the holiday season: the Inca Civilization. This was inspired by President and CEO Carol Dominguez’s recent trip to Ecuador and Peru.
